Download links: All products are instant download. Download links are sent to the email on file with your Paypal account or the email provided when paying by credit card.

Where do I enter my coupon code? The option to enter a coupon code is displayed after you sign into Paypal. You will have the option to review your order and enter a coupon code.

Refund policy: Note that this is a DIGITAL FILE. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot make refunds or exchanges. Please create a backup of your file, we do not do file forwarding because of data loss, rewriting or any other issue.    

User Requirements: Our files are provided in layered PSD (Photoshop) files. You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to make changes in templates.  Our products are created for professional photographic uses.    

Printing Errors:  Please make sure you check the colors, bleeds, trim lines, texts and fonts of the template before printing. Hazy Skies Designs will not be held responsible for printing errors.

Template Details: The templates are created to be user friendly, with font names, clipping masks and instructions included. Most templates are fully layered; so you will be able to add photos, change the colors of the text and design elements. Because of copyright laws, fonts are not included. A PDF file is included with a list of the fonts that can be edited and the download source.

Are your templates compatible with Elements? Yes, the templates are compatible with Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements. Are font files included with my purchase? Due to copyright issues I cannot distribute the font files. However all fonts are standard or free fonts and font names are included.

Where can I get my files printed? Most of the card templates are created with WHCC or Millers Labs specs, however you can tweak the specs to print the templates at another lab or in your home.

Can I post the templates with my pictures in a blog/website/or other social media websites?  Yes, you can post examples of the designs in your blog/website/social media site in lower resolution and flattened JPG with the purpose of showcasing the template/product to your customers (NOT for online sell)  

Can I buy the templates to offer it in my online store?  No, you can't. Our products and templates are licensed for one use/purpose - for professional photographers to use to enhance their own photo images and to sell at retail to their own studio’s clients.   You may NOT resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digital or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, or general online card stores) outside the scope of the licensing above.

When you buy one of our templates/digital papers/marketing materials or any other product in the shop, you are buying the right to use the product in a certain way, NOT THE COPYRIGHT TO THE PRODUCT. This is commonly referred to as “licensing” a product. Hazy Skies Designs still owns the copyright to the design and are licensing the use of that copyright to you for a fee. Because you are not purchasing the copyright to the items you download, you may not copy, loan, give away, or sell the product to someone else, because the copyright remains the property of Hazy Skies Designs.

ENFORCEMENT OF COPYRIGHT:

Hazy Skies Designs takes the protection of its copyright very seriously.

If Hazy Skies Designs discovers that you have used its copyright materials in contravention of the license above, Hazy Skies Designs may bring legal proceedings against you seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.

DIGITAL PAPERS TERMS OF USE:
Digital papers are for personal and small commercial PHOTOGRAPHY business use. Designs can be resold in PRINTED format to your photography studio clients and must be incorporated into a design (printed cards, albums, etc). It is prohibited to share or resell the digital designs as is or altered. Digital papers CANNOT be used for the following: digital products for resale (logos, digital cards, digital paper, etc), printables, scrapbook kits, website design made for others, printed and redistributed as is, third party print sites (such as zazzle, snapfish, etc), printed on to fabric or used for photography backdrops.
